Cris Lacaba, Online Editor of the Manila Bulletin admires the world's first OLED(organic light-emitting diode) TV, "XEL-1". The 11-inch OLED TV "XEL-1" is only 3mm at its thinnest point. It also incorporates Sony's independently developed "Organic Panel", which realizes advantages such as high contrast, high peak brightness, color reproduction, rapid response time, all of which combine to deliver the best image quality. The XEL-1 retails at around $2,800 in the US and approximately $2,100 in Japan, excluding freight. Watchout for the review of the XEL-1 in the Technews Section of the Manila Bulletin.
